Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients' developmental goals. Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency and clarity in care delivery. Skills Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder or other disabilities. Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols.
