Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, feeding, and other essential self-care skills Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors in various settings, including home-based environments and schools Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in care plans and therapeutic approaches Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and managing medical records with precision and professionalism Participate in ongoing training on ethical standards, medical terminology, behavior management strategies, and implementing ABA therapy protocols Requirements Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in developing independence skills Strong understanding of medical documentation, medical terminology, and maintaining accurate medical records Excellent client communication skills combined with a professional attitude aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team while independently managing therapy sessions Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development Join us to empower individuals through compassionate care, innovative behavioral strategies, and dedicated support.
