K-12 Caseload Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Monday-Friday Starting August 2026 for the entire school year About the Role Hello, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K-12 school setting in Longmont, CO. In this role, you'll support students with behavioral and developmental needs by implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with school teams. This is an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced RBTs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in students' lives while working alongside a supportive educational team.
