9679980-80538 Job Description Step into an impactful role supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic K-12 environment. This full-time, onsite opportunity offers you the chance to collaborate and lead behavior support initiatives across multiple school campuses, empowering both staff and students with your expertise. Your responsibilities will include working district-wide, primarily aiding behavior and autism programs and providing essential guidance where its needed most. Without a direct caseload, you will focus on functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and supervising two skilled RBTs. Your guidance will foster positive outcomes, making a significant difference district-wide. To succeed in this role, candidates should have: An active Colorado BCBA License Current CDE credentials Demonstrated experience in K-12 settings or schools Strong background with FBAs and BIPs Previous supervisory experience, especially with RBTs Excellent collaboration and communication skills Flexibility to travel between campuses as needed Commitment to supporting diverse student populations Dedication to onsite servicethis position does not offer remote options Your daily duties will involve: Conducting FBAs and designing BIPs in collaboration with school teams Supervising and mentoring RBTs Consulting with educators, administrators, and support staff Assisting with program development for behavior and autism support Responding promptly to the needs of multiple school sites Training staff on best practices in student behavior support If youre a proactive BCBA ready to bring your expertise to a welcoming school district, this contract position offers you stability through the end of May 2027.
