Job Description

Step into a dynamic role where your expertise will shape behavior supports across K-12 environments. This full-time, onsite opportunity places you at the heart of working collaboratively with dedicated school staff, impacting students district-wide. Leverage your BCBA knowledge to offer both strategic and hands-on supportno direct caseload, but the chance to provide vital guidance in behavior and autism programs. You will oversee functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and provide supervision for two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your in-person leadership will be crucial in maintaining quality programming and supporting staff within a positive, team-oriented atmosphere. Your initiative and insight will directly contribute to the district's mission of fostering student growth and optimizing learning environments.
What Youll Bring:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active Colorado BCBA license and CDE credentials (required) Prior school-based experience or familiarity with K-12 education settings preferred Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Passion for supporting behavior and autism programming Ability to work in person and navigate multiple school sites
