9582393-80538 Job Description Take the lead in shaping positive student outcomes as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, providing essential support across a district-wide environment. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with K-12 schools, working closely with educational and support staff to foster success for students in diverse learning settings. In this role, youll provide expertise in behavior analysis with a focus on supporting established behavior and autism programs. As a district-wide resource, your guidance will be instrumental in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and reviewing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing direct supervision to two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). There is no direct caseload; rather, your influence extends to empowering staff and program effectiveness throughout the district.

Desired qualifications and experience include:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license for Colorado Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification Experience working collaboratively within K-12 school settings Strong background in FBAs, BIPs, and supervising behavioral staff, particularly in autism and behavior programs Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work full-time onsite between 8/5/2026 and 5/26/2027 Key responsibilities: Oversee behavioral programming at multiple school sites K-12 Consult and support building staff throughout the district Conduct and supervise FBAs and BIPs, ensuring best practices Mentor and supervise two on-site RBTs Serve as an in-person expert resource for staff in behavioral and autism support Enjoy the professional satisfaction that comes with driving meaningful change for students, collaborating with a dedicated educational community, and using your expertise where its needed most.
