Basic Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required Ability to obtain current CPR and First Aid certification (we can help you with this if needed) Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance Must pass a felony background check and previous employment verification Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, twist, and actively engage in play with children

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Not RBT-certified yet? No problem — we provide the 40-hour online RBT training at no cost to you, which must be completed within the first 45 days of hire Degree in psychology, education, human services, or a related field is preferred but not required Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly valued Individuals enrolled in BCBA or BCaBA coursework will receive special consideration and benefit from free supervision as part of the position

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in clinical, school, home, and community settings Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior during sessions Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all clients Be flexible and responsive to each child's unique needs and goals
