The Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Parker, CO on a part-time basis. This is an initial 3-6 month engagement with the potential to transition into a longer-term role based on mutual fit. This is an in-person position with flexible scheduling to support a healthy work-life balance. Whether you're a seasoned BCBA or a newly certified professional looking to grow, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBAs, etc.) Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements Participate in parent/caregiver training and regular team meetings Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification in good standing (required) Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder and related diagnoses Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Passion for ethical, compassionate, client-centered care What We Offer $50-$65 per hour, commensurate with experience Flexible scheduling, we work with your availability Fun, professional and supportive team culture Ongoing professional development and continuing education support Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven, community-focused organization Location In-person at our clinic in Parker, CO Learn More Visit us at https://www.shinetogetheraba.com to learn more about our team and mission Shine Together
