Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral and academic support to students, implementing individualized plans under the supervision of the Principal and Special Education Director Collaborate with teachers and other staff to promote a supportive classroom environment Collect data and assist with progress monitoring Participate in a few annual training days in addition to regular student attendance days Ensure a consistent presence onsite during school hours (approximately 8:30-3:30), aligning with the schools calendar

Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or relevant paraeducator experience Minimum of two years experience in a public school special education setting required Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a team Proven skills and comfort driving in mountain terrain and winter weather conditions; reliable transportation essential Proximity residence in Boulder, Nederland, Ward, Black Hawk, Central City, Rollinsville, Gilpin, or Boulder County highly preferred due to limited temporary housing in the area Enjoy the inspiring setting of a close-knit school community near top mountain recreation, while helping students succeed.
