Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic, contract opportunity supporting students across K-12 environments. This in-person, full-time role offers the chance to work collaboratively with district staff and make a direct impact on student growth and staff development for the 2026-2027 academic year. What you'll contribute: Utilize strong BCBA skills to consult and support building-level teams throughout multiple school sites. Collaborate with staff to develop, review, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide targeted assistance within behavior and autism support programs. Supervise two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), fostering ongoing professional development. Serve as the go-to resource for district-wide behavior intervention needs, working closely with special education and general education colleagues. Play a pivotal role in enhancing inclusive educational opportunities, without maintaining a direct student caseload.
