Key Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, with active Colorado BCBA license Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification Experience working within school settings preferred Comfortable overseeing initiatives for diverse grade levels (K-12) Strong background in functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) Proven ability to train, guide, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Effective communicator and collaborator with multidisciplinary teams Ability to be onsite daily for in-person support

Provide district-wide expertise to multiple school sites, advancing effective behavioral support initiatives for students and teachers Support and develop building staff, particularly within behavior and autism programs Conduct and assist with FBAs and design comprehensive BIPs for students in need Supervise and mentor a team of two RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral practices Deliver ongoing coaching and consultation to school teams, adjusting supports as needed for student success Remain updated on best practices and compliance related to behavioral intervention in educational settings Benefit from a stable, long-term contract running the full academic year and make a measurable impact in a supportive, collaborative educational environment.
