9679980-80550 Job Description Step into a pivotal role supporting students and staff across multiple K-12 school sites as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a full-time contract. This position requires an expert in behavioral interventions who can lead district-wide efforts, particularly within behavior and autism programs. Working onsite, you will collaborate with educators and administrators, ensuring implementation of effective behavioral supports, without the burden of managing a direct caseload. What youll bring to this role: Current, active BCBA certification (CO license required) CDE (Colorado Department of Education) credential on hand Proven experience supporting school-based behavior programs and staff development Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Strong supervisory skills to guide and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration abilities Key responsibilities: Oversee behavior support strategies for K-12 school sites throughout the district Drive best practices district-wide, providing critical expertise to building staff where necessary Support and enhance behavior and autism programs with evidence-based interventions Complete FBAs and develop/monitor BIPs tailored to student needs Supervise and mentor two RBTs as they deliver direct student interventions Ensure services are delivered fully onsite, fostering positive relationships with staff and students alike Imagine making a district-wide impact as you champion the development and implementation of effective behavioral supports.
