Quantum Behavioral Consulting has an immediate opening for a full-time Behavior Analyst for our Quantum Bridges and Quantum Connections programs at our Avon location! This is a guaranteed hourly position, approximately 30 hours per week with a small caseload of 8-10 clients; this includes indirect time to work on programming. Options for salary and partial remote schedule for the right candidate. The Quantum Bridges Program is a small, caring, therapeutic, and neurodivergent-affirming special education placement designed for students who require highly specialized academic and behavioral support. The Quantum Connections program is an insurance funded after-school program with a social focus, where students have the opportunity to practice individualized skills in a fun and supportive group environment. Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst® in good standing Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut At least 1 year experience as a Behavior Analyst Qualified to supervise RBTs® and trainees pursuing certification through the BACB® Ability to take initiative when working independently Ability to demonstrate professionalism in written and verbal communication Willingness to grow and expand skill set Reliable transportation

Pay:

$75.00 - $85.00 per hour
