In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to positive behavior change through data-driven strategies. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, and basic self-care tasks Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment plans Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) Support clients in developing communication, social, and functional skills through teaching and reinforcement techniques Collaborate with supervisors, teachers, and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments such as home or school Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Use behavioral management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors during sessions Skills Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially autism spectrum disorders Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical documentation, and client care procedures Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in achieving independence in daily routines Proficiency in behavioral data collection, analyzing trends, and adjusting interventions accordingly Prior experience working in school or home-based settings with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays Excellent client communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times Join us to be part of a compassionate team dedicated to empowering individuals through innovative behavioral health services.
