Desired Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification, in good standing Previous school-based experience preferred but not required Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to develop and oversee treatment plans for students Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and design data-driven behavioral intervention plans Provide ongoing support, modeling, and training for staff and paraprofessionals Monitor student progress and adjust programs as needed in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Attend IEP meetings, contribute to student evaluations, and maintain thorough documentation Partner with families and staff to promote generalization of skills and a positive school climate This is a chance to see your skills in action as you help students thrive both academically and socially.
