Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Golden Resources ABA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time | Growth Opportunity Golden Resources ABA At Golden Resources ABA, we provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and their families. Our approach is collaborative and compassionate — we strive to create an atmosphere of safety and trust where children and families feel welcome and supported in their journey. We work closely with families to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals. About This Role We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic BCBA to join our growing team in a part-time capacity, with strong potential to transition into a full-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly certified BCBA who is eager to build their clinical skills and confidence under the close guidance of an experienced mentor. You will start with approximately 15 supervision hours per week. Our session times are scheduled Monday through Friday between 2:30-8:00 PM, with Saturday mornings also available — giving you flexibility in how those hours are distributed across the week. As your caseload and comfort grow, so will your hours and opportunities within our organization. We also recognize that credentialing can take time after certification. While you're waiting for your insurance credentialing to be completed, we will support you with paid shadowing opportunities alongside our experienced BCBAs, so you can hit the ground running from day one rather than waiting on the sidelines. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Provide direct ABA services to clients in home and community settings Train and supervise ABA therapists and RBTs Monitor and analyze data to adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients Collaborate with outside providers including educational teams, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure integrated, coordinated care for each client Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans Develop and deliver trainings to ABA Therapists on a wide range of topics Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (newly certified BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply) Strong foundational understanding of ABA principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes and community settings Schedule Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 2:30-8:00 PM, with Saturday mornings also available Approximately 15 supervision hours per week to start, with flexibility in which days you work within that window Hours will grow alongside your caseload, with full-time potential Benefits BCBA-owned company Comprehensive mentorship program covering not just clinical skills, but the full scope of what it means to be a well-rounded BCBA — including supervising and managing BT/RBTs, coaching and partnering with families, professional communication, case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, collaborating with outside providers, and the leadership skills needed to grow in your career Paid shadowing and mentorship during the credentialing process — so your growth starts before your first solo session Clear path from part-time to full-time as your caseload develops Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your calendar Competitive hourly compensation 401k Annual CEU stipend to support your ongoing professional development Collaborative, client-centered team culture Our Ideal Candidate We are specifically looking for a newly certified BCBA who wants more than just a job — someone who wants a strong foundation, real mentorship, and a place to grow. From day one, you will receive hands-on support as you build your caseload, develop your clinical skills, and grow into the BCBA you worked hard to become. We take the mentorship piece seriously, and your success is genuinely our priority. We understand that the period between passing your exam and completing credentialing can feel like a frustrating waiting game. At Golden Resources ABA, we use that time intentionally — getting you embedded in our team, familiar with our clients and culture, and confident in your clinical approach before you ever step in independently. Our mentorship goes beyond the basics. We are committed to developing you as a complete clinician and professional. You will receive guidance on the clinical side — assessments, BIP development, data analysis — but also on the skills that don't always get covered in graduate programs: how to lead and support a team of BTs and RBTs, how to build genuine partnerships with families and coach them effectively, how to collaborate with educational teams, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other outside providers, how to navigate difficult conversations, and how to carry yourself with confidence as a BCBA. We want you to leave every interaction — whether with a client, a family, a colleague, or an outside provider — feeling prepared and supported. How to Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your qualifications, experience, and career goals. We'd love to hear what you're looking for in your first BCBA role and how Golden Resources ABA can be the right home for you.
