This contract opportunity offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, with 6.5-8 hour shifts during the school day and dedicated supervision each Wednesday after school. Your expertise will serve a diverse student population, predominantly in K-8 settings, with a focus on individualized and group interventions.
What youll need to bring:
An active, BACB-accredited Registered Behavior Technician credential (in-hand, current; not expired or in progress) Experience working in school or pediatric settings, especially with K-12 students Comfort providing both 1:1 and classroom-based behavioral support Ability to support students from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, therapists, and families Primary responsibilities: Implement behavioral intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Deliver direct support to students, both individually and in classroom groups Collect data and report on student progress Attend supervision sessions every Wednesday after school to collaborate and enhance your practice Adapt techniques and interventions to fit unique student needs and classroom environments Embrace a role that offers more than just professional growth.
