Greenwich, Connecticut, United States Job Summary:
New Patterns
ABA - CT
is seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Provide in-home and community-based behavioral assessments, skill acquisition training, and skill maintenance strategies Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, treatment plans, and data collection Participate in staffing meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services Demonstrate a commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in all aspects of practice About the
