Board Certified Behavior Analyst Join New Patterns ABA - CT, a Compassionate and Collaborative ABA Therapy Provider We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at New Patterns ABA - CT, a leading provider of in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. About the
Role:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst , you will be responsible for providing individualized ABA therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on client assessment and progress monitoring Deliver ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions and adjustments Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment activities Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
