Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting schools in the Greenwich, CT area. This full-time, onsite contract position is set for the 26/27 school year and centers on providing essential behavioral support across K-12 settings. Your expertise will be key in shaping positive outcomes for students and empowering Registered Behavior Technicians with effective guidance.
What Were Looking For:
Current BCBA license Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Confidence in supervising RBTs and collaborating with other school professionals Adaptability across elementary, middle, and high school caseloads Strong communication and organizational skills
What Youll Do:
Design, oversee, and adjust behavioral plans tailored to individual student needs Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs working within the school environment Collect and analyze student progress data to inform intervention strategies Collaborate closely with educators and staff to support classroom success Contribute to a positive, supportive, and proactive school climate
