Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Recent experience working with children or adolescents in a school or similar setting preferred Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and data collection principles Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for effective student and staff interaction Ability to remain patient, flexible, and responsive in a dynamic school environment Willingness to follow established behavioral intervention plans and contribute positively to a team Ability to pass background and health screenings as required by education agencies

Primary Responsibilities:
