Job Description

This full-time contract opportunity focuses on both the ABAB program and dedicated 1:1 student interactions, offering a dynamic and rewarding professional environment. What you'll bring to the role: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience in school-based or pediatric ABA settings strongly preferred Familiarity implementing ABAB or similar data-driven behavioral intervention programs Skilled in delivering 1:1 support to students with varying developmental needs Strong communication, patience, and adaptability in evolving classroom environments Comfortable tracking data and collaborating with teachers, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and families Key responsibilities include: Implementing behavior intervention plans within the ABAB program framework Delivering consistent, supportive 1:1 interventions for assigned students Recording accurate behavioral and instructional data to inform ongoing planning Assisting teachers and BCBAs in monitoring student progress and adapting strategies as needed Fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students Participating in professional development and team meetings to enhance skills and share insights This role offers a competitive pay rate of $30 per hour as well as the enriching experience of contributing to an environment where student growth is prioritized.
