Job Description
At Meliora Academy, we provide individualized education for students with autism and related challenges, focusing on academics, life skills, and independence. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Meliora Academy, you will work directly with students ages 3-22 with autism spectrum and related disorders to build skills, encourage independence, and promote meaningful progress. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based strategies, you'll support students in reaching their individualized goals in a structured, supportive school environment. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff Ability to foster a positive, professional school environment with patience and adaptability Basic computer skills (
