Job Description

Embark on a rewarding short-term contract as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students from Pre-K through 12th grade in a district-wide capacity. This full-time assignment offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference across the entire school community. The role begins as soon as possible and spans approximately nine weeks, making a dynamic impact within a set timeframe.
Key Qualifications:
Active Connecticut BCBA license is required. Previous school-based experience is highly valued. Ability to effectively serve a wide range of students, including those with diverse abilities. Must have reliable transportation for travel throughout the district.
Your Role:
Provide guidance and behavioral consultation district-wide, collaborating with educators, staff, and families. Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Offer training and support to staff for implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies. Monitor progress and adapt plans for continuous improvement. Work with students across all grade levels, enhancing inclusivity and supporting educational outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation and uphold ethical standards at all times.
