Secondary grades - middle and high school

Location:

Putnam, CT Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior strategies and implementation Monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data-driven decision-making Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff and administrators Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavioral goal development Support crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies when needed Provide RBT supervision Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience in a school setting preferred, not required Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Why Join Us?
