We're looking for a passionate and collaborative BCBA to provide exceptional support for children (10 and under) in our center-based program. What You'll Do Clinical Care:
Conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with clinical staff.
Collaboration:
Work closely with families, caregivers, and service providers to ensure the best outcomes.
Compliance:
Maintain ethical standards (BACB), adhere to HIPAA guidelines, and ensure thorough documentation.
Professional Growth:
Participate in regular clinical meetings and stay active in your field.
Requirements Credentials:
Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field, plus a valid CT BCBA License and certification in good standing.
Experience:
1+ years of supervisory experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus.
Skills:
Strong ABA knowledge, assessment, organization, communication, and tech skills.
