Job Description
Join a team that is making a difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism. Sallyz Center for Autism is seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing center-based team. This position offers a flexible schedule throughout the summer and continued opportunities during after-school hours in the fall. Position Details Part-Time Position Flexible Summer Schedule After-School Hours Available in the Fall Center-Based Services Only (No In-Home Travel Required) Competitive Compensation Supportive Clinical and Administrative Team Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines Qualifications Current BCBA Certification(at least 2yrs experience but not required) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care Why Sallyz?
