Job Description

Exciting opportunities are available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) interested in making a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment. This onsite, full-time contract position will serve K-12 students for the 2026/2027 school year, providing essential behavioral support and leadership within an educational setting near Stamford, CT. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to develop and implement individualized behavior plans and promote positive learning outcomes. Youll collaborate with school staff to ensure best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis are consistently applied, while also guiding and supervising RBTs in their daily work.
Desired Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Valid BCBA license Previous experience working with K-12 students is preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Proven ability to create and implement effective behavior support plans Comfortable leading, training, and supervising
RBTs Primary Responsibilities:
Assess student needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans Provide direct supervision and guidance to RBTs Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly Conduct training and support for school staff and families on behavior management strategies Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate Look forward to an engaging and rewarding contract with a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive weekly pay, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
