9670552-06902 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a vibrant and inclusive educational environment near Stamford, CT. This contract role spans the 2026-2027 school year, serving mostly K-8 students while also engaging with K-12 age groups. Youll work 6.5 to 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday, with Wednesday afternoons dedicated to 1.5 hours of supervision to support your professional growth.

Key Qualifications:

Active, BACB-accredited RBT credential (current and unexpired) Previous experience providing 1:1 or classroom behavioral support to children, ideally in an educational setting Commitment and readiness to work in a diverse school community Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Reliability to fulfill scheduled hours and deliver consistent support

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavioral interventions, both one-on-one and in classroom environments, based on provided intervention plans Foster a positive, supportive relationship with assigned students Accurately collect and document data on student behaviors and progress Attend supervision (1.5 hours after school every Wednesday) to receive feedback and enhance your skillset Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure coordinated, effective support Maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions
