Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Previous experience providing behavioral and educational services within a school or similar environment Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and data-driven intervention strategies Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families Capacity to manage multiple student cases, adapt to dynamic school environments, and provide staff training

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students with diverse needs Develop, review, and oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure fidelity of interventions Train and provide ongoing support to staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies Regularly collect, review, and analyze behavioral data, adjusting plans as necessary Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
