Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to a rewarding contract role supporting students' success in an educational setting. Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, data collection, and analysis Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines outlined by the BACB Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and a dynamic academic environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments to guide the development of individualized behavior intervention plans Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based interventions for students on your caseload Train and support school staff in ABA strategies, modeling techniques for intervention fidelity Collect and analyze behavioral data, making recommendations based on outcomes Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to team decisions and advocating for student support Provide consultations to educators and staff to enhance classroom management and student engagement Maintain detailed, confidential records compliant with district and professional standards This contract role offers the opportunity to make a substantial difference in students' lives while collaborating with dedicated professionals.
