Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst interested in making a difference during the Extended School Year (ESY) session. This contract role offers the chance to support both elementary and secondary students at two dynamic school sites near Westport, CT. Key Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience collaborating with school teams and supporting diverse learners Knowledge of behavior intervention plans and data-driven practices Proven ability to work independently and across multiple school settings Effective communication skills for interaction with students, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide expert behavioral support across two sites (elementary and secondary) Serve a caseload of 15 students, including a specialized elementary behavior class Assess student behaviors, collect data, and develop individualized intervention plans Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement best practices for behavior management Support staff in using positive behavioral interventions and strategies Document progress, consult on challenging cases, and adjust plans as needed

8:00 am - 11:30 am, Monday through Thursday Contract dates: July 6, 2026 - August 13, 2026 Split caseload between elementary and secondary schools for a comprehensive experience Step into an impactful position and contribute to student growth in an environment that values your expertise.
