Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis, behavioral therapy, and working with children with autism spectrum disorders. As a BCBA Specialist, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral interventions that promote meaningful progress for our clients. Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological evaluations to identify target behaviors and underlying functions. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and best practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and families, to coordinate care plans tailored to each child's needs. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Conduct intake assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations for children with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental conditions. Support families through client communication, education on behavior strategies, and guidance on managing behaviors within home-based or school environments. Experience Proven experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders. Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and functional assessments such as FBA. Prior experience conducting behavioral health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and functional assessments in clinical or school settings. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards including HIPAA compliance. Experience working in home-based settings or school environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and training within a multidisciplinary team setting. Strong communication skills for effective client engagement, family support, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
