We're seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians who want to grow their skills, make a difference, and be part of a team that values purpose, progress, and people. What You'll Do as a Behavior Technician Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Implement customized behavior and skill development plans created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, daily living, social, and play skills. Collect accurate data on behaviors and skill progress using our user-friendly digital systems. Collaborate with families to support carryover of skills across environments. Participate in ongoing supervision, coaching, and team meetings to support your growth. Travel to client homes (within your assigned local area) with mileage or travel time compensation. Are You a Good Fit? We're looking for passionate, entry-level professionals who: Have 1-3 years of experience working with children (ABA, special education, daycare, or related settings preferred). Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or child development is a plus!). Are either RBT-certified or willing to become certified—we'll help you get there! Are compassionate, patient, and adaptable to different home environments. Can reliably travel to homes across Fairfield, Hartford, New Haven, Litchfield, Middlesex, or other surrounding CT counties. Are ready to commit to consistent scheduling and professional growth. Can pass background checks and meet all agency health/safety requirements.
