We're hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support K-12 students across Connecticut school districts during the 2026-2027 school year. If you're looking for flexibility, a collaborative team, and meaningful work, this opportunity offers all three.
In This Role, You Will:
Evaluate student behavior by completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Create and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed to improve student success. Work alongside educators, school leaders, service providers, and families to implement effective behavioral supports. Deliver direct behavioral services while consulting with staff across both general and special education programs. Monitor student progress through ongoing data collection and adjust intervention strategies as needed. Provide professional development and coaching to school personnel on evidence-based behavior management techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. School-based experience with K-12 students is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. A commitment to creating positive learning environments and supporting student achievement.
