Weekend Nurse Supervisor - RN | St. Joseph's Living Center $43.50 - $47.50/hour , based on experience
Shift Differential:

Provide leadership and supervision to the care team during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care and smooth daily operations. Coordinate and oversee resident care plans while addressing clinical and staffing issues as they arise. Support, mentor, and guide staff, fostering a collaborative and professional care environment. Maintain compliance with clinical standards by leveraging strong nursing expertise. Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Qualifications forSuccess:
Active, unencumbered CT or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR). Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting. Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS. Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written Benefits forEligible Positions:
