Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time School Position | Storrs, Connecticut | 2026-2027 School Year Seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time school-based position in Connecticut for the 2026-2027 school year . This is an excellent opportunity to work with a K-12 caseload while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Pay:
$50.20-$60.88 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, staff, and families. Analyze student data to monitor progress and adjust interventions. Collaborate with special education teams and other related service providers. Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Connecticut licensure or eligibility, as required. Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
