This contract opportunity allows you the flexibility to choose between full or part-time hours, providing meaningful support and consultation for staff and students alike. In this role, youll collaborate closely with staff, consulting on programming and introducing the fundamentals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to foster a positive and effective learning environment. Youll have a direct influence on student success and growth, working with a caseload to provide consultation and guidance to both students and educators.

Qualifications:

Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in Connecticut Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Experience working within school settings is highly valued Ability to provide training and support to school staff on ABA principles

What You'll Do:

Consult on programming for students, ensuring ABA best practices are in place Train and guide classroom and support staff in ABA principles and interventions Monitor student data and progress, adjusting strategies as needed Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families Participate in team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff Why consider this opportunity?
