Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Current certification as a BCBA. Experience working within school settings or with children and adolescents. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students. Train and support school staff on best practices in behavior management and data collection. Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain effective documentation. Act as a resource to families, offering guidance on strategies and progress. Maintain up-to-date BCBA credentials throughout the assignment.
