Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part-Time | $25-$30/hr About Us Growing Minds Behavioral Health provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment to help children develop essential life skills through both structured and play-based sessions. Duties & Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors. Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based, engaging activities. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors. Requirements High school diploma or GED (required). Reliable transportation and valid car insurance. Consistent afternoon and evening availability. Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer. Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days). Join Us!
