Step-By-Step Therapeutic Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Washington, DC. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress in a timely manner Deliver discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and other ABA-based interventions Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients, families, and team members Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development Follow all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in accordance with BACB requirements

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills Compassionate, patient, and adaptable demeanor with a client-centered approach Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

We are looking for a part-time RBT that would work at at one of our DC locations for our social skills groups from 2-6pm Mon-Fri and summers 9-4.
