This full-time, contract opportunity offers a dynamic role working across all grade levels to foster positive behavioral change and enhance students' academic experiences.
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Experience or enthusiasm for working within a school setting Comfortable serving students of all grade levels, from early childhood through high school Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and data-driven practice Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and design comprehensive intervention strategies Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support a positive school climate Oversee implementation of behavioral intervention plans, training and guiding staff as needed Track student progress, analyze data, and adjust supports to maximize student growth Take part in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input for students with behavioral needs Provide one-on-one and small group guidance while encouraging independence and self-advocacy among students Benefits of this contract role include diverse, meaningful work across a variety of grade levels, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to impact students' lives in a flexible school setting.
