Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required) Active Delaware PARA Permit (required) School-based experience strongly preferred, especially with elementary-aged students Proven ability to implement physical intervention strategies when necessary Experience collecting behavioral and instructional data within a classroom Willingness to fulfill bathroom duties, including toileting, diapering, and hygiene assistance Ability to be onsite for scheduled hours: 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM (37.5 hours per week), with one 30-minute daily break Strong team player, flexible to classroom assignments as needed Reliable transportation to and from the school

Primary Responsibilities:

Support students within the autism program, using ABA principles and intervention strategies Collect and maintain behavioral and instructional data regularly Participate in all required classroom activities and duties, including hygiene care Collaborate with classroom staff, therapists, and teachers to optimize student outcomes Adapt to changes in assignment as needed by school administration
