This is a great opportunity for experienced RBTs who enjoy working in a collaborative, school-based environment supporting students with behavioral and instructional needs.

Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week

Setting:

Onsite, School-Based Responsibilities & Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Active Delaware PARA Permit required. School-based experience strongly preferred, particularly supporting elementary and middle school-aged students. Experience supporting students who may require physical intervention strategies when appropriate. Ability to collect and document behavioral and instructional data in a classroom setting. Strong teamwork and flexibility, with willingness to assist wherever support is needed. Classroom assignments may change based on district needs. Bathroom duties are a required responsibility , including toileting, diapering, wiping, and providing hygiene assistance.
