About Creative Care ABA Creative Care ABA provides compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism in New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware. Our personalized programs help every child build communication, social, and daily living skills, at home and in school.

Delaware and Maryland positions available (In-Home & In-School Settings)Pay:
$85 per hourSchedule:
Part-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Delaware team. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/ABA therapists, and partner closely with families and schools to support each child's growth and independence. Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide supervision and clinical support to RBTs and ABA therapists
- Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
- Track and analyze client progress data and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB standards Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required — travel to client homes and schools)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Delaware
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload
