Key Qualifications:

Active National Certification as a BCBA Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective behavioral intervention strategies Strong background working with elementary-aged children in school settings Excellent collaboration skills, able to communicate effectively with educators, parents, and staff Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development

Core Responsibilities:

Travel between elementary schools within the district to provide direct and consultative BCBA services Partner with the districts lead BCBA to assess behavior needs and create intervention plans Guide school teams in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to monitor student progress Deliver staff training and coaching on behavior support techniques and intervention fidelity Support families and educators in implementing consistent, positive behavior strategies Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with district standards and regulatory requirements Enjoy a rewarding professional experience while gaining exposure to a range of cases across multiple elementary environments.
