Blossom ABA Therapy is looking for a part-time BCBA in Eastern Maryland to provide high-quality clinical oversight, treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver support. This position combines telehealth responsibilities with in-person services, supervision, caregiver collaboration, or field visits as required. It is not a fully remote position. What You Will Do Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates for an assigned part-time caseload. Review data and adjust treatment based on progress and clinical need. Supervise and coach RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB and organizational requirements. Collaborate with caregivers, schools, providers, and internal teams as appropriate. Maintain timely and accurate clinical, payer, and authorization documentation. Communicate availability and coverage needs clearly. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Active MD LBA. Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Experience with treatment planning and direct-care staff supervision. Ability to maintain the recurring availability and service model listed in the posting. Strong organization, clinical judgment, and professional communication.
