Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract In this rewarding contract opportunity, you'll play a vital role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an educational setting, supporting student success and shaping the learning environment for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will place you across 2-3 assigned school sites, where you'll provide expert guidance, oversight, and direct support alongside a dedicated team of educators and support staff.

Key Qualifications:

Current Delaware BCBA certification (required; must submit with resume to apply) Demonstrated experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents Strong behavioral assessment and intervention planning skills Capable communicator, able to collaborate effectively across team members and school staff Committed to ethical practice, confidentiality, and evidence-based strategies

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver ongoing behavioral support and consultation to school-based teams throughout the academic year Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs Facilitate or conduct interviews for paraprofessional staff, ensuring strong placements at your assigned sites Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess program effectiveness and guide decision making Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals, teachers, and support staff in best practices for behavioral interventions Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies as needed

What You'll Experience:
