Qualifications & Experience:

Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Demonstrated experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) within educational settings Proficiency in conducting assessments, designing interventions, and training staff Capability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families Strong communication skills, with the ability to document and report behavioral data clearly Experience supporting students with behavioral or emotional needs is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
