Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time | Newark, DE Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity in Newark, Delaware. We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting students and collaborating with teachers, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and special education teams to promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and assist with developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Implement and monitor individualized behavioral programs
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate student progress
- Provide direct behavioral support to students when needed
- Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs and paraprofessionals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
- Provide staff training and recommendations on ABA strategies and behavioral interventions
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- School-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, FBAs, BIPs, and data-driven interventions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
