Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time | Newark, DE Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity in Newark, Delaware. We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting students and collaborating with teachers, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and special education teams to promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes.

          • Onsite position
          Responsibilities:
          • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and assist with developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
          • Implement and monitor individualized behavioral programs
          • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate student progress
          • Provide direct behavioral support to students when needed
          • Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs and paraprofessionals
          • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
          • Provide staff training and recommendations on ABA strategies and behavioral interventions
          • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
          Requirements:
          • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
          • School-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred
          • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, FBAs, BIPs, and data-driven interventions
          • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
